With the video component finalized, the next step in the project was to revamp the content facilitators used to train employees.
After analyzing the original content from multiple authors, I proposed various changes to improve learning and retention for adult learners. Once the proposed changes were approved by stakeholders, I created a new slide presentation so that brand consistency, and digital accessibility requirements could be implemented.
With the presentation finalized, the final task was to design handouts to provide to participants.
