Changes to legal rulings impact the way government employees share information with the public. To support this change I developed a self-paced independent online course, an in-person training session, and several job aids to introduce employees to new digital accessibility standards and expectations.
After completing this course, users are able to:
1. Identity and articulate five focus areas related to digital accessibility.
2. Implement standards for digital accessibility.
In addition to all of the earlier mentioned self-paced, asynchronous deliverables I also facilitated in-person professional development trainings. These training sessions ranged from 60-90 minutes depending on site schedules.
In-person activity resources:
To support learning and retention, I developed custom videos -from concept to completion.
To improve retention, I developed several take-home handouts for learners.
